Mercedes-Benz - Allstars
Designed an annual campaign for employee reward program called Allstars; this rewarded staff for their hard work and incentivised workers to increase performance. Campaign would include a brochure to kick off the campaign, direct mailers and brochures during the year to keep employees engaged and lastly a reward catalogue for the end of the year.
Land Rover - Race Around the World
Campaign designs based on Land Rovers’ brand of being adventurous, exploration and strength. This was a global campaign with employees around the world - the concept was once enrolled, you started to gain miles that would move you around the world. The better performance of the staff members, the quicker they would get around the world and earn more rewards.
Lenovo - The Vault
Created graphics for a reward program to drive employee productivity. Campaign used online and print materials to create a sense of achievement. This was highlighted in the concept “The Vault”. With increased productivity and points built up through the year, the employee would be able to access the vault and trade for rewards.
